“For the past 10 years I’ve had trouble with procrastination. After working with Umar for a few weeks I am now able to do things at will.
Before meeting Umar, this problem was severe. I’d have lack of motivation and was uninterested in completing my university work. When Umar told me about the services he provided I was quite intrigued and thought all help is good help when working on yourself.
The experience during the sessions were really nice. Umar made the session very calming and he was very intentional with his methods. He spends time trying to get to the root of the issue and puts measures into place to help you figure out within yourself what’s the issue.

“I needed to increase my concentration time, reduce my social media addiction & establish a more productive daily routine in my life. After working with Umar for 1.5 hrs, I had a giant leap of progress in my concentration time from 5 mins to 90 mins, literally overnight. The issue, thus, has very rapidly resolved. And I have also reduced my social media usage significantly; around a 70 % reduction in time spent on it, from more than 5 hours to now less than 1.5 hrs daily. In addition, I am closely following my scheduled routine if not exactly.
The main issues I had with my behaviour have changed significantly. My issues were all about not being able to focus on my work for a sufficient time period to get things done. Social media was something I used to get distracted by very easily and I was kind of addicted to it. So, my aim was to get rid of this addiction and to increase my concentration time. Apart from this, I wanted to set a new routine for my life and stick to it. I achieved all this in my session work with Umar over the phone.
Overall, I liked many things about the way Umar works. To state some, my favourite part was his very amicable nature and friendly and kind approach towards me. During sessions my experience working with him was pleasing. He is someone with a polymath’s intellect balanced with a child’s curiosity. That was such an enjoyable experience I will never forget it. Apart from this, the patience that he has shown with me is also unfathomable in words.
I found his methodology quite effective. When the penny finally dropped and I got to know the exact reason why some things in my behaviour/attitude were how they came to be, I found myself in very blissful state as I got to understand the unconscious reasons for my problem. And since I found out it was a lot easier to work towards a solution. The changes have been a giant leap of progress for me from my previous lifestyle when I could concentrate for not more than 5 mins and I had NO ROUTINE SCHEDULE!
Concentration is important for completing any task effectively and efficiently, not to mention to get quality outcomes from the tasks. Hence, this was a very important behavioural change in me which will help me achieve my short term goal to get admission to a PhD program as well as my longer term one to complete my PhD and have a good academic career.
Also, social media platforms once consumed a lot of my time but obviously don’t give me back much of anything productive in proportion to the time I spent using them. Hence, reducing their usage is an imperative for me as they have been a huge distraction for me. After working with Umar I realised that I can spend this newfound time now in pursuing creative activities like I used to enjoy like sketching, painting and practicing singing which has been a long time passion of mine.”

“For a lot of years, I have had problems with procrastination, and also with being able to read and finish a book without losing interest and thinking that it will take me too long to finish. Since working with Umar, he has helped me uncover the underlying reasons behind these bad habits to then change how I view reading and how I can reduce procrastination which in turn has created more productivity in my days. For someone who has had issues finishing a book for close to 15 years, I have since finished reading 2 books inside 4 weeks with the help and guidance of Umar. We have also worked to tweak my daily routine in the way of ensuring I get a certain amount of sleep each night and also different techniques to help me throughout the day when I feel like I am beginning to lose focus to ensure I get most/everything done that I planned to do in a day.

What I liked about the process of working with Umar was how empathetic and friendly he was on the sessions. You aren’t just starting straight into everything at the start of the session, Umar creates a friendly feel to the session by showing an interest in how you have been and what you have been getting up to which also helped me feel more relaxed. Umar also has a wide range of techniques to cater for anyone’s needs so if you try something that doesn’t work, well then Umar will have another technique to try until you find one that works for you which I found really great.
The impact these sessions have had on my life has been huge. I feel confident when I pick up a book and read through the book with ease, without conflicting thoughts. I procrastinate a lot less and my productivity has increased massively, due to ensuring I get proper rest according to what I feel is necessary and using the various techniques throughout the day. I have also have been learning a new language which I was struggling to do previously (due to not being consistent) which I now do every single day. I am also a currency trader which as you can imagine with being much more productive with my time, my knowledge of the markets are increasing at a much faster rate and it has helped alter my mindset to align with how I need to think.
I would highly recommend Umar to anyone who feels that they have bad habits that they would like to work on. Not only will Umar help you with techniques on how to change these bad habits, he also changes the way you think about these and irons out any conflicting thoughts which I think is a key component in obtaining longevity with your new habits.”
